How I work
A method in service of your path.
Good coaching isn’t a string of advice. It’s a structured space that lets you think more clearly, choose more freely, and act more deliberately.
What an engagement looks like
- First,
A discovery call
Thirty minutes, no strings attached, to understand what you’re working through and see whether we’re a fit. If we move forward, I propose a frame.
- Then,
An alignment session
We clarify your objectives, your success criteria, and the rhythm that works for you. You leave with a clear map.
- Also,
Coaching sessions
Regular meetings (typically every two to three weeks), one to two hours each, in person or over video. Between sessions, you carry the work.
- Finally,
A review, and what’s next
After six to ten sessions, we take stock together: what has changed, what is left to consolidate.
A word on choosing
Choosing well is already moving.
A good coach is certified, supervised, and bound by a code of ethics. But beyond credentials, trust your intuition during the discovery call: you should feel heard, respected, and safe enough to say what truly matters.
